My particular favorite right now is a Williams puck and KissMyFace fragrance free cream. They are both sub-par alone, but when brought together they blow away virtually everything I have tried in "monoshave" form as you call it. Now my question is whether superior soap and superior cream mixed together would build 'extreme lather'? :) I agree, super lather is something special.
