MR GLO has arrived!

Leisureguy has written often and extensively about the wonders of the Musgo Real Glyce Lime Oil soap (brilliantly turned into the acronym “MR GLO” by Michael I might add). My own review of this soap would add little to the discussion, so I’d simply like to point out that Lee’s Razor now carries MR GLO, although I don’t think it shows up on their web site yet. Lee’s is another one of those entrepreneurial companies I love to deal with because they “get it”. Sometimes I’ll call to inquire about a product but won’t leave a message on the voice-mail, preferring to just call back later. Well, no sooner have I hung up before the phone rings - its Lee calling from his cellphone, to see how he can help. He may be driving his kid to school, but he never takes his eye off the customer. Once you’ve got him on the phone, Lee is a treasure-trove of shaving information and he doesn’t mind sharing it or just taking the time to learn more about you and your point-of-view about things shaving-related. Orders placed with Lee always arrive quickly, are well-packed, and inevitably include a small token of appreciation be it a few blades or, my favorite, the used blade holder. This may not cost Lee much in dollars-and-cents, but its really appreciated by the customer (or at least by me!). This obsession with customer satisfaction is, I believe, a hallmark of the successful entrepreneur and I’ve consistently noticed it with all the “best” companies I’ve dealt with in the shaving world such as Lee’s Razor, Barbiera Italiana, eBarbershop.com, and Vintage Blades, among others.
