Chubby is balding!

No, not me (well, yes, but not more than usual).

In a strange turn, my much-loved Simpson Chubby #2 has suddenly started shedding hairs big-time. For the last 4 months it has been perfect…not a single hair lost. Then, coincidental to my use of the St. Charles Shave “Very-V” cream, the Chubby started to drop hair like flies at a Raid convention. I called Lee at Lee’s Razor and he immediately offered to exchange it. What a gentleman…he insisted that he send me a new one right away, but that I don’t return the old one until the new brush arrives so that “you have something to use in the meantime”! That’s how you build long term relationships with customers…through mutual trust. Bravo, Lee!
