SOTD – Tabac kit, Day 3

Third shave with my “Tabac kit” – MR GLO, New Treet Blue Special in the E.J. Chatsworth, Tabac soap and cream superlather using my “new” method, Plisson EW brush, alum block, Trumper’s Coral Skin Food, and a splash of Jade East. An excellent shave with only three passes. I’ve decided to purposefully eliminate the 4th touch-up pass in order to force myself to improve my technique on each pass. The new mandate is to get a Eunuch’s Hairless Mug with only 3 passes – very Zen if I say so myself.

BTW, the Jade East cologne is a real experience…I close my eyes and, I swear, for a couple of seconds I’m flooded with the sensation of being 18 again. Marvelous the power of scent!
