From the megapixelated eye of Mr. Italo, on a stormy Montreal morning, from his front balcony. The original picture is very snowy but when published on WordPress comes out with almost no snow effect. Very strange. Also note, this is a color shot taken on a small Lumix POS camera.
Why does it look as if it had been photo shopped with soft effect ?

I don’t know. I resized it a little bigger, but still the snow effect is almost non-existent. Weird.
