Man I love technology! How else could a guy blog all his bull on a daily basis for a year and then with a few clicks of a computer mouse actually publish it in book form for posterity?!!

As I did last year, I once again went to Blurb.com and designed the book myself with photos from my files. It took about an hour overall, most of it spent selecting a layout, downloading pictures, etc. Four-color process, 333 glossy pages, and I can actually print only one copy if I choose to.

The picture is of Mrs. Mary making me a Greek coffee at the now defunct Hermes restaurant. This place was one of my favorites; the iconic classic Greek restaurant offering homemade food to generations of expatriats. It was taken over by the “kids” and quickly bankrupted within a year.
