Not that I really care anymore. I’ve given up on the notion of “health foods” in general, and espouse the great Canadian writer Mordecai Richler’s views on diet: “I eat what I like…and I don’t eat what I don’t like”. So long as it’s food and not what Michael Pollan calls “edible food-like substances”, if it tastes good, I’m in!
