This is a very important lecture on our current state of knowledge about sugar and it’s role in disease. It’s from the University of California series on health. We’ve known about the relationship between sugar in all its forms (simple carbs, glucose, fructose, etc.) and most major diseases, but this series really updates that knowledge…and it’s chilling!
