A new study just published in the journal Cell Metabolism may have significant implications for human obesity. While the study is in mice, it is also extremely well controlled and the results are very compelling. It turns out that restricting feeding to a window of 9-12 hours has significant metabolic effects on everything from blood glucose to cholesterol.
