It’s been a few days since my last post, but as it turns out, I think (and hope) you’ll believe the wait was worth it.
If you’re anywhere near a kitchen, I’ll ask you to run to it immediately and make this recipe. It will take you five minutes or less including the cooking time! You will have discovered the edible equivalent of the atom, or penicillin, or DNA; a staggering recipe that you can make in under 5 minutes, guaranteed to soothe the most restless soul, be it at breakfast time, snack, time, after dinner, or bed time. A universal adult souse, as it were.
The recipe author starts his post with the following: “You’re going to want to bookmark this one; trust me”. Trust me….he ain’t kidding.
I made this Paleo Mug Cake for breakfast this morning. Under 300 calories per serving (my wife and I split it in two). It has quashed all desire for other food, I’m sure till well past lunchtime, that’s how satisfying it was. And, super healthful; loaded with Omega 3’s, protein, antioxidants, low simple-carb (no flour or sugar), and taste galore. The true breakfast of champions.
The Wannabechef is definitely worth following if the rest of his stuff is as good as this!
